JYJ’s Jaejoong reveals his inner feelings towards music

Through a recent tweet, JYJ‘s Jaejoong expressed his feelings towards the most influential part of his life — music.

On May 12th, Jaejoong tweeted, “When my body and mind gets exhausted, music is the thing that bothers me inside my head. However, music is also the thing that heals my soul, which has shrunk from being worn out…That’s why I can’t stop, nor neglect it…The proof of this is myself, who is writing a song in the short amount of time I have, despite the fact that I won’t be able to sleep for several hours…What is this….”

Judging from his thoughtful and emotional tweet, it appears that Jaejoong is having a hard time, coping to his busy celebrity life.

Fans comforted him with messages like, “Work is important, but please take care of yourself too“, “The life of a celebrity seems pretty harsh“, and “You seem exhausted with your work“.

Even JYJ, who gets cockblocked at every turn, gets no rest. If a group that has every excuse not to be busy can barely get sleep, it's no wonder the other idol groups can't. Geez. @_@

I strongly believe most of the idols takes drugs. Not heroine/powder stuff but little pills that are as terrible and dangerous that the companies sell them with "don't worry, it will keep your energy level up".

Because it's impossible to sleep as little as they say. Either they are strongly exagerating, either they take drugs. It's one way or another imo.

I agree completely. Around promo they get 2-3 hours sleep, sorry but you just can't do it without hideous amounts of caffeine or some energy drugs.

I think in one episode of WGM yonghwa said that all he drinks is coffee, like no water to stay awake. I think it was that episode were they went to the doctor for a checkup and they said that Seobot is like 20 lbs underweight.

I could believe it. It's just not possible to go on with two hours of sleep a night. You could go 3 days max, but you shouldn't be able to function. It'd be like going around drunk.

Jae is more and more a musician himself - not an average idol anymore. Too bad, composing takes really a lot of free time and it's not like he can resign from celebrity duties. Schedule made of mostly shooting a drama and composing must be really tough :|. I'm worried about his health but he'll somehow go though it.

Poor baby, I can't imagine having insanely hectic schedules and deadlines for songs ahead of you all the time and still having your passion for music in tact :( It reminds me of the pains he went through pre-debut, in SM and now out of SM. There's always two sides to a coin :(

I'm undergoing a stressful period too and I may not know exactly how he feels, but regardless we all have to give ourselves a push once in a while, some just more often than others. :(
