tbh I still prefer Sunggyu's solo concert version, I prefer that arrangement as well, Sunggyu's voice is just made for this song (or this song made for his voice).
can't wait for their comeback, one more week omg WHERE'S THE TEASER they'll have that showcase mission and album release on 15 May right? why can't I even preorder the album at gmarket? TT________TT I don't want to miss the bonus poster this time TT__________TT
I prefer Sunggyu to sing the whole song T___T sorry Infinite, I love all of you but, Sunggyu won me over when he sang it live T__T Somehow listening to this one, I don't get the chill just like when I listen to Sunggyu's voice only...
Kinda wish they kept this as Gyu's solo. This song. His voice. Just love. Seems like the others don't really fit...except may yeol? Is that who sings after The first chorus? Still excite for the album though~
I kinda wished they stuck with the piano only. Or made it Sunggyu's song exclusively. It sounded really understated and beautiful when Gyu sang it. His version just sounded more "broken" and the build-up toward the explosive bridge was incredible.
But of course, Infinite still brought it and I will be replaying the hell out of it till the rest of the album drops~ Sungjong's voice <3
We COULD still have this as a Gyu solo if Woollim would be so kind as to provide us with a LIVE CONCERT ALBUM.
I agree, I think that's why I love his voice so much. He puts a lot of emotion into it. And funnily enough that's how I felt about Dongwoo's version of Because. I love Sunggyu's version but imo Dongwoo's sounded more honest and upfront.
After listening to this for the umpteenth time, I think the one complaint I have is that Woohyun's voice is overpowering. Sunggyu's big notes are far more pleasant. It sounds more controlled and suited to the song.
