2PM Reigns Supreme as TV Commercial Model

Recently, advertisement portal website TVCF announced new ranking charts, and 2PM took over the models chart. As a group, 2PM was placed at the first place, followed by Nichkhun and Taecyeon at second and third respectively. Wooyong, Junho, and Chansung were placed at 5th, 6th, and 7th place, and Junsu also made it to the top 10 TV commercial models at 9th.


2PM and two of its members, Nichkuhn and Taecyeon, were also ranked at the top 10 of the same chart previously in December 2011, hinting that 2pm's reign in TV commercial modeling is coming.



Advertisement portal website TVCF's models chart ranks TV commercial models based on the number of TV commercials they are featured in, the scores of these commercials, and the popularity of the commercials. 2PM was also ranked at the top of "Hit Commercial Models" ranking, showing the most popular commercials and their models.

JYP Entertainment commented, "2PM is getting many offers from domestic and international TV commercial advertising industry. Their diverse images and popularity in the international market appeals to companies. Also, each member has something different to offer as a model and this is very attractive to the advertising industry."

This is good for them, considering that the # of CFs can determine your popularity in SKorea. I'm definitely surprised they rank at the very top bc comments on OMNTD led me to believe they weren't well liked. I like when international fandoms' haterade views are different than domestic ones.

Yeah their omona following pretty much sucks.. I guess there are better places to get 2PM news and the fans have kind of been lazy to post 2PM stuff on omona coz there isn't much reception. It used to be so different 2 years ago.

well, if you look at the real2PM videos of when they shoot CMs, it makes perfect sense. not only are they popular, able to sell products, but they look like fun on the set!
