CNBLUE wraps up a successful fan meeting on Children’s Day

CNBLUE‘s official Twitter recently uploaded a handsome selca of Lee Jung Shin, that got many of his fans ogling over his charming face. On May 5th, CNBLUE tweeted, “We said we would prepare a lot, but not sure if you guys enjoyed it. We thank our BOICE[CNBLUE's official fan club name] so much. Also, we thank our staff who prepared so much and worked hard. Let’s do more fan meetings from now on“.

For those who didn’t know already, CNBLUE personally held a fan meeting on May 5th. The boys personally brought up this idea in celebration of Children’s Day, which is on May 5th in South Korea. CNBLUE partnered up with their fans to donate and support ‘CNBLUE School‘, a charity project school in Burkina Faso.

CNBLUE members come face to face with a hungry cow

CNBLUE members Yonghwa and Jungshin caused no shortage of laughter as they were subject to a punishment in which they came face to face with a hungry cow.

On the May 5th episode of KBS2TV‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, the G6 members held a athletics competition with guests Yonghwa, Jungshin, Taeyeon of Girl’s Generation, and Narsha of Brown Eyed Girls.

After losing an event titled the ‘crab-walk race’, members Boom, Hyoyeon, and Yewon of Jewelry were subject to a punishment in which they had to feed a cow with the grass on their heads. In a bid to escape the punishment, Hyoyeon sent streams of aegyo at Yonghwa and asked, “Can you take the punishment for me?“, to which Yonghwa instantly replied, “I’ll do it!” Yewon followed Hyoyeon’s lead and sent distress signals at Jungshin, who also agreed by saying, “I’m a man. I’ll do it!”

However, their chivalry did not prepare them for what came next, as they waited in fright with the cow’s feed on their heads. When the hungry cow began its meal, it even licked the nape of Jungshin’s neck and ear, causing his eyes to widen comically and leading the entire cast to burst into laughter.

CNBLUE and Boom violated by the members of G6 on ‘Invincible Youth 2′?

The May 5th broadcast of KBS‘s ‘Invincible Youth 2‘, continued from where it left off last week, with CNBLUE‘s Yonghwa and Jung Shin guest-featuring on the show.

During this episode, the members decided to play the ‘Vegetable Game’. In this exercise, CNBLUE’s Yonghwa, Jung Shin, and Boom individually stuffed as many vegetables inside their loose, “grandma pants”. Aside from their teammates, the other G6 female members, were then directed to steal and grab the vegetables from the boys, who would run for their lives. The amount of vegetables that the boys could reserve, would then be used as ingredients for their team’s spicy crab soup.

First up was CNBLUE’s Yonghwa. Although he did pretty well, stuffing a large amount of vegetables inside his granny pajamas, he was still ambushed by the other G6 females, especially by SISTAR‘s Bora and Girls’ Generation‘s Sunny. In the end, he was only able to preserve a small portion from what he started out with. Next, his group mate, Jung Shin met the same fate as Yonghwa. He too, was overwhelmed by the crowd of girls, as they poked inside his loose pants and pulled out vegetables, one by one. Out of consciousness, however, comedian Kim Shin Young walked away in shame as she said, “I can’t do it!“. Of course, she had plenty of fun, before she gave up on Jung Shin.

The comedy didn’t stop here, however. Boom became the most terrified victim, thanks to this game. Off the bat, Boom was quick to shove a very large amount of produce in his pants. However, his greed seemed to have taken a toll on him, as the pants couldn’t sustain all the weight and ended up ripping open. After that, it was all over for Mr. Boom. Kim Shin Young powered her way to victory pulling out almost every vegetable from the ripped hole. The scene proved to be rather embarrassing as well as a bit disturbing as Shin Young would stick her hands deep into Boom’s pants to grab the produce; even Jung Shin couldn’t help but crack up at the sight.

At the end, Kim Shin Young commented, “This is insane. This man gave birth to produce“. Embarrassed Boom refuted, “Your hands went in too deep!”
