HITT changes name to I.M.U. + reveals 1st new member Sungjin

At the end of March, news about rookie group HITT losing two of its members surprised many fans. After revealing they would be returning with an altered line-up and a new name, it was waiting for more updates from the group's entertainment company.

Just last week, Jay.K Entertainment revealed the first of three new members who will be joining members Juntaek, Hyunjun, Uram and Jaehoon; as well as revealing the group's new name as I.M.U. which stands for Inspire Music Unit.

The first member to be revealed is the '93 born Jo Sungjin who was a previous contestant in tvN's "Oh! Boy" competition. He was revealed to be one of the group's vocalists, as well as the group's new maknae. His talents include acting and being able to play guitar.

The group's new official fancafe was also revealed by the company as they ask for fans to go and subscribe to get the latest news.

HITT was originally a six member group but had to let go two of its members after Howon was noted to have left in order to be able to focus on his studies and becoming an all-rounded artist, and leader Hayong was diagnosed with symptoms of a degenerating spinal disk which require further treatment.

I didn't follow hit very closely but I dl their mini and they had good vocals. Hopefully that didn't change? But this kid is cute. And yay for a new name although it is n't really better

well the original name was embarrassing but now they need to "bring awareness" and really promo their asses off with good marketing techniques if they want to redeem themselves
