Solo comeback of JYJ Kim Junsu is drawing attention.

On April 16, Kim Junsu’s agency – CJeS entertainment announced that he will release his solo album in the upcoming May and later hold a domestic concert and an Asia Tour.

Right after the news about Kim Junsu’s solo album was announced, many showed their high interest through online communities and SNS etc. Many have responded “Is the best finally drawing near”, ” I’m anticipating real power of the idol ranked 1st in best singing ability”, “Xiah Junsu’s album, is this a dream or reality”.

Especially, on April 16 when the news was spread, over 3000 tweets related to Kim Junsu’s solo album were made, related articles also made record with over 100 RTs and received explosive interest.

CJeS official said ” After the annoucement, phone calls asking about ordering keep pouring in. Not only in Korea, many overseas parties want to purchase it too. Once again, we can actually sense his worldwide popularity.”

In addition, the party who is in charge of selling tickets for Kim Junsu’s first concert – Interpark said ” First batch of tickets will be on sale today (April 19) at 8pm. Ever since report about the concert was out, Interpark phone line has been paralyzed and 70~80% of our agents have been handling phone calls related to Kim Junsu’s concert. We already experienced Kim Junsu’s ticket power through reservation for his musical but it never fails to surprise us every single time.”

First batch of tickets for Kim Junsu’s concert will be on sale at 8pm April 19 through Interpark (www.interpark.com).

Ahhhh, how can I buy a ticket? They don't sell them on the English version of the site. So sad, because I'll be in Seoul at the time. Junsu is my number 1 bias, and for me to be able to see him live is a rare chance - I live in Russia. Can anyone help me? T_T It seems that on the Korean site only Koreans and those living in Korea can buy tickets T_T and I don't know anyone there T_T

уаааааааааа) не знала)) про русский XD
так я пробовала - ничего не вышло( и всё равно уже билеты расхватали за 5 минут, я бы и глазом моргнуть не успела, закопавшись в инструкциях)) и спрашивала девочку. которая в Сеуле живет - говорит, что там можно только по корейскому айди и кредитке купить, и быть зарегистрированной. А те инструкции действуют как раз для англоязычного сайта.

Или попробовать купить билет на другие концерты? В некоторых азиатких странах гражданам Росии не требуется виза, если они не на долго едут. И поездка из Сеула в др. страны азии намного дешевле, чем из России.

не знаю, все или нет...я читала, что только часть продавали, но я не знаю вместимость площадки. Распродали сегодня 17 тыс. билетов.
Нет, мы с ней не знакомы даже, я ей писала по рекомендации подруги и узнавала информацию. Я просила помочь, но не знаю, всё-таки я ей незнакомый человек, и она с утра в сеть не выходила.
Просто вряд ли у меня будет возможность еще куда-то поехать до следующего отпуска, мои финансы пока на поездку в Корею уходят))

Стараюсь) но обидно - оказаться в Сеуле и не иметь возможности услышать Су вживую(

I'm sorry you couldn't get tickets :( Not sure if this was mentioned above but It's really difficult for non-residents...The english site doesn't offer all events and the foreigner section of the Korean site is completely in Korean. You need an alien registration number just to register so I'm really curious as to how the Japanese fans do it o.o

♥ inorite. :(( actually, i feel like JYJ do sell some tickets through a Japanese vendor site because i was looking at the promo image/poster they had on Interpark's Korean site, and though I couldn't read all of the Japanese words, it seemed like they were saying that Japanese fans could purchase through this other site.

I'm mainly disappointed because it seems that the English site offered tickets previously for their World Concert in Seoul, but I guess it's because it was a "world" tour. They just don't understand how much we love hearing them sing in Japanese and Korean lmao.

Ah I see. It makes sense that they have a separate vendor. Maybe you can catch the concert in another country like Thailand? Or if you can figure out how to register on the Korean site, keep checking for cancellations? That's how I was able to get a ticket for Elisabeth. I also miss their Japanese songs (ballads especially) so much!

120420 All tickets for Jun Su (of JYJ)’s concert are sold out


All tickets for the exclusive concert of JYJ’s Jun Su got sold out in five minutes.

On April 19 at 8:00 p.m., the ticket sales for Jun Su’s first Asian concert tour, which will be held at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium on April 19 and 20, began on Interpark Ticket. However, all 17,000 tickets were all sold out in five minutes.

The popularity of Jun Su was so high that Interpark Ticket became the real-time search word on all portal sites before the ticket sales began. A spokesperson for Interpark says, “After the announcement about Jun Su’s concert was made, about 70~80 percent of our call center operators are receiving inquiries about Jun Su.”


This concert is to celebrate the release of Jun Su’s first solo album. The audiences will be able to enjoy Jun Su’s powerful voice, dance, performance, and songs written by Jun Su. Jun Su already received wide attention from many people with his talent in acting and singing shown in such musicals as Mozart, Tears In Heaven, and Elizabeth.

A spokesperson for C-jes Entertainment, JYJ’s agency, says, “All tickets for Jun Su’s concert were sold out in five minutes even though the concept of his album wasn’t released yet. From this, we could see how much attention is being paid to Jun Su. We’ll see how many people will cancel the tickets on April 23 and decide whether or not we should begin the ticket sales again. For now, it won’t be easy.”

People responded: “The news about Jun Su’s concert is awesome,” “I want to go to Jun Su’s concert, too,” “I think the people who bought the tickets are really lucky,” “I tried to buy the ticket right after the sales began, but the website was already down,” “I envy the people who bought the tickets for Jun Su’s concert,” “I wish there’s another ticket sales for his concert.”

As all tickets for the concert were sold out in five minutes, Jun Su happened to set another record. Thanks to him, all 54,000 tickets for the premiere of the musical Mozart were sold out in five minutes, all 15,000 tickets for Tears In Heaven were sold out in two minutes, and all 32,000 tickets for Elizabeth were sold out in ten minutes.
