I don't know, but I think Korean idols are like SUPER good at covering stuff. I mean regardless crazy Cassies stalking them 24/7 DBSK members still have managed to date after their debut, but still never got really got caught of it. Also, I guess Asian groupies don't really seem to kiss&tell, but just kiss as telling would be somehow shameful. So leaks happen less often.
