Kangta to come back with "Happy Ending" with Kim So-eun

Singer Kang Ta is coming back to TV with "Happy Ending" for the first time in 7 years.

Kang Ta will spread out a love story with Kim So-eun in the JTBC drama "Happy Ending".

The character of Koo Jae-seung Kang Ta will take on is a promising thorough perfect man at work but is also a warm hearted man who enjoys his life by doing voluntary work in orphanages. He also ickles and bickles with Eun-ha (Kim So-eun), the second daughter of Kim Doo-soo (Choi Min-soo).

Kang Ta debuted as an actor through the 2005 drama "Loveholic" and starred in various other Chinese movies and dramas.

The production conveyed, "Kang Ta is working hard in analyzing his character as much as this is his come back in a long time. He should be able to express the delightful character of Koo Jae-seung well. He is showing great teamwork with his partner Kim So-eun as well".

"Happy Ending" is a human comedy about a broken family that comes together again with the death of the father near. It will air after "Syndrome" and will be aired for the first time on the 23rd.

This will probably be better than Kim So-eun's last disaster of a drama, A Thousand Kisses. Actually, sitting in the dark alone is better than that. She's was the one bright spot in it.

I'll probably watch. I like Kangta a lot. :D

I stopped watching, but kept up with recaps at Soompi. This is what one person said:

Park Jung Ran: the harsh to my kdrama groove. I am going to emblazon that name in my memory, burn it into my synapses, so that whenever I see that name again I will remember to run far, FAR away. I detest her stories with the power of a thousand burning suns. From the smirky smile on her profile picture, to the infuriating, unresolved pinkberryiness of her characters, to the hot mess of her plots, I will be sure to assiduously avoid her the rest of my kdrama days.

Park Jung Ran, please retire, and put us all out of our misery.

It started off well. The cast was great, but it just lost sight. Plus, it is 50 episodes.

Have you watched Loveholic? He's far from great as an actor (as he is as a singer) and pretty awkward but Loveholic is actually a good drama so you will end up liking the story. I really enjoyed the first 3 episodes and the later episodes are pretty angsty. Plus, you can hear his beautiful voice while watching the drama so it wouldn't hurt either. ^^v

I see Happy Ending and Kangta and I get inappropriate thoughts. Hopefully its like Loveholic and he's shirtless for most of the drama. It made the horrible acting more enjoyable seeing him in the shower all sexy and naked.
Now all he needs to do is come out with a damn cd. I've been waiting ever since SMtownNY boy was so gorgeous in person. Had to restrain myself.
