Idol group U-KISS held a fan meeting on the ‘Club Harmony’ cruise.

On April 3rd, the ‘Club Harmony’ cruise ship scheduled to travel to Incheon from Jeju Island could not depart due to the fierce winds and strong waves in Jeju. Inevitably, U-KISS’ fan meeting had to be held on the shores of Jeju Island.

Regardless, U-KISS’ fan meeting drew in an impressive number of 200 fans despite the circumstances, proving just how popular Hallyu star U-KISS really was.

A fan participating in the event remarked, “Maybe it’s because the fan meeting was held on deck, but it was even more exciting and new. U-KISS’ professionalism and manners on stage was really something.”

In related news, U-KISS successfully wrapped up a nationwide tour in Japan in front of 30,000 of their fans. They will be returning later this month with a new album produced by composer Kim Hyung Suk.

Let's not be negative about Kim Hyung Suk I'd still prefer to have JD Relic, I really do maybe he will bring out another perfect sound for the guys. Who knows. I'm happy as long as the music is great and the album sells well.

Since U-Kiss didn't get #1 last time when they worked with JD Relic and Ryan Jhun, I can see when NH Media chose to change composers. Personally, I think U-Kiss only didn't get #1 because they were promoting at the same time as Super Junior, but hey, whatever you think will work better NH Media. (Seriously, they should have stuck with JD Relic and Ryan Jhun.)

I don't know the itinerary of the U-KISS cruise but the Teen Top one started in Osaka and yes, 100% marketed to Japanese fans... but people I know who went said the staff was mostly from the Philippines and couldn't speak Japanese (or Korean ^^). Anyway the MC-hosted "fan talk" was all in Japanese so I imagine it was the same for U-KISS. There may have been people who went from Korea too but the exchange rate would have made it extremely painful if they paid the original price.

Now, the tickets didn't sell that well so they did drop the price at the last minute at least for a limited # of applicants (for Teen Top) and I believe my friend told me something similar about U-KISS's. it's just not really the right age range for fans of these groups ^^;;

Still mad they announced the price drop so late ughhhhhh they got lots of special fan serviiiiice *fume fume* (it still would have cost me a fuck-ton to go though since I'd have had to pay to go to Osaka and then BACK from Incheon)

Yeah, the way it's written makes it sound like the cruise originated in Jeju, but at least on the other one I don't think new passengers could board there, idk. The fan reports I read were more like OMGGGGGGGGG I GOT A HUGGGG BRB DYINNGGGG and less about concrete details hahaha.
