I initially put Lim as my least favorite, bias as I'd loved Sun Mi, but she's proven herself, is adorable and unlike SOME people is both competent enough and able to sing live pretty well on a consistent basis.

Objectively, Limmie gets a bit flat sometimes during BMB and Sohee isn't all that bad, just breathy. If you hear them live in concert, Sohee's strength/volume is quite okay. They both have their weaknesses on stage and it actually complements each other (e.g. stage presence) though I still think Lim needs to step up.

that's funny b/c in most of the BMB performances Sohee definitely outsings Lim who gets really out of breath by her 2nd/3rd line in addition to being flat most of the time. They both (and all technically) need to improve.
