Earlier this month, local news outlet “Dispatch” turned the Korean entertainment industry upside down by releasing an audio file of JYJ members physically and verbally abusing fans. Earlier today, “Dispatch” released another audio file (AUDIO AT THE SOURCE) involving the members of JYJ assaulting their “sasaeng” fans.
On March 20, C-Jes Entertainment officially announced its plans to sue “Dispatch” for defamation. According to a representative of C-Jes Entertainment, “‘Dispatch’ published these malicious articles specifically to harm the members of JYJ. We have decided to take legal actions because we could no longer sit and watch these defamatory articles.” The rep added, “We have already prepared the documentations needed to sue for libel and will submit it to the court sometime today. The members of JYJ are still trying to recover from Park Yoo Chun’s father’s passing, and we simply cannot understand why anyone would want to release such things during this time."
JYJ's legal attorney, Sejong, stated, “The file was illegally recorded. Releasing the file without confirming it with the party involved is considered defamation and an invasion of privacy".

Date: 2012-03-20 11:31 am (UTC)Didn’t Entd have an interview with the saeseng in the first recording admitting that JJ only hit her once and that she didn’t understand the fuss in the media? Of course Dispatch didn’t comment on that and is out with yet another interview with saeasangs aka invading-privacy-criminal and one illegal recording. Considering this i’m not going to express my feelings in this longer recording (even if it does sound awful) just in case another article comes out in 2 hours claiming that it’s false.
If he did what they claim he did bring him to court and let this be over with for God sake!! Seriously i can’t with this. I’m not going to defend him even if i love him so much if he did something this low (it will be my choice to stay is fan of not) but i’m so done with this dragging for more than a week now!! wtf
And CJES sue the stalkers that are invading the boys life so this mess will not happen!
Ps:there is smth I don’t get. The saesang that are interviewed are supposed to be extreme fan, would they really release statement like that about their idol? People are saying that Dispatch is going around town paying people for exclusive interview on JYJ “behaviour”

Date: 2012-03-20 11:57 am (UTC)I can't understand why Dispatch is suddenly so fixated about this situation, and what bothers me the most is the fact that in their latest article they disregard Sasaengs just as 'regular fans but more hard core', and take on sasaengs as if there's a whole other sub-culture within sasaeng which are the extreme hardcore stalkers, like wtf that's not true.

Date: 2012-03-20 11:53 am (UTC)This way teh matter will be taken into court and if there is substancial evidence the prosecution may open a case about JYJ and Sasaeng and try to male the light on this matter.
Obviously psychological help is also requirred but I do think a legal action is a good idea to setlle the matter.

Date: 2012-03-20 11:53 am (UTC)2/3 from JYJ are really really bad right now, and all the crap Dispatch mentions in their recent article about JYJ and Sasaengs is disgusting to say the least.
Not only Dispatch says 'sasaengs are not extreme fans, they are just loyal/hardcore fans who want to get a closer glimpse of their idol'. Which is a lie. Then they 'interview' sasaengs and they say the extreme sasaengs are not a representation of them. which is a lie. And they Dispatch claims there are 19 more girls/sasaengs in total who have 'evidence' of Jaejoong assaulting them, and that most of them aren't even sasaengs just 'regular' fans. And now they mention a so called girlfriend Jaejoong was visiting and that was why he attacked that sasaeng verbally and physically.
Why aren't they mentioning the tv interview with the allegedly sasaeng from the recording?
Dispatch is shady as hell that's all i'm going to say.

Date: 2012-03-20 01:22 pm (UTC)I remember a case about a cashier stolling money from her employer and to get proof they installed cameras but without warning her; and they had her on tape stealing money. However the court had to dismiss those tapes because she wasn't aware that she was being filmed and her "right to image" (which where I live is part of right to privacy) protected her from being sued. Which is why most of the time there's a sign saying "you're under surveillance".
So it all depends on the korean law.
