CNBLUE reaches #1 on real-time charts with “Still In Love”

With the release of their 3rd mini-album, titled ‘Ear Fun‘, scheduled for March 27th, CNBLUE pre-released one of the new songs, “Still In Love”, on March 16th, enticing fans with a little taste before the big release. As soon as the song was revealed on line, the song quickly rose to #1 on real-time music charts.

Through various portal sites, ‘Still In Love’ quickly gained much popularity as it rose to the top of the real-time charts as well as became one of the most searched topics of the day. In addition, the song reached #1 on Soribada’s popularity chart, garnering much attention for the song’s quick rise to fame.

Netizens stated, “CNBLUE’s ‘Still In Love’ is awesome”, “Waiting one year for CNBLUE’s ‘Still In Love’ did not disappoint”, and “CNBLUE’s ‘Still In Love’ defeated my expectations”.

‘Still In Love’ is a self-composed song by CNBLUE’s leader, Jung Yonghwa. The song is an emotional acoustic, modern-rock with a sweet melody and sad lyrics, and shows Yonghwa’s talent as a composer.

I don't know. I really love both but they don't play the same field.

well, idols target middle-school students. and cn blue are younger. and there's an added bonus that they play their own instruments. i think the general public still prefer bands over boy/girl groups.

but of course, we can't discount the power of vip's. i think they're going to make sure that this cycle of promotions be very special for big bang.

Well I don't see CNblue as idol that's probably why I don't think they target the same audience.
I've always considered CNBlue to be a band and BB to be an idol group. You know, different style of music and all.
I think they're both gonna be very successful this year.
And you 're right about the VIPs, they're gonna make sur BB get the comeback they deserve ^^

Well, they've been classified under the band tag for a few rankings and charts. I guess they're in between.

Can't wait for BB to go international if that means world tour. I need that international tour to come to Paris or London or even Berlin...

i hope, for the sake of the fans, yge releases the concert dates and venues soon. kpop concerts aren't the cheapest. and their for some fans there would be added expenses.

I don't think they will beat big bang in album sells but their song can become more popular in downloads and other things *i'm not sure how those charts work * , CN blue deserves a strong fanbase but they need time and Beast I think they have a strong fanbase already but idk if they can beat bb.

beast already beat bigbang's album sales last year, i think. they had the 5th highest selling album last year while big bang had the 6th.

but yeah a bit more time, and cn blue will have one of the biggest and strongest fanbase in kpop.

Beast have one of the best organised fanbases around, I still can't believe they out sold BB though.

CNBlue while being very successful in Korea just don't have a big fanbase, Yonghwa has fangirls but the group not so much, so it'll be impossible to beat BB.
