Right so I'm really confused. Can someone clear this up for me?

I watched both the YouTube clips and the Todou clip and I'm not... actually... seeing the lights fall...? Am I missing something? All I see on the Todou clip is a group of them scurrying back and then lots of frantic shrieking from the fans. :/ IDK Maybe it's cause the video's blurry but like do these only show reactions? Are there no fancams yet of the actual lights falling and Siwon supposedly saving the day or?
