Date: 2012-02-22 05:15 pm (UTC)precisely why i said none of them could pull that off. i won't deny they have decent/good vocalists in the group but their voices have nothing really special or captivating about them. soyeon is on the weaker side for a main vocal. sure, she was supposed to be the main/lead vocals for soshi but that was over five years ago already, rn if you slot her in, she'd probably be given lines similar to sunny (who barely has any for a lead vocal). when they performed their collab with davichi, you could tell that soyeon was easily out of her league (& she sang half the chorus, having questionably more lines than minkyung) & failed to harmonize with haeri in most (if not all) of the live performances at all. hyomin is good at working with what she has but she has not much range as a lead vocal.
eunjung's vocals have been taking a backseat ever since Roly Poly promos started & she has barely sung in most of the songs, it's hard to say how good/bad she is atm. I really hope CCM lets her take over the adlibs again and stop sticking her with the rapping bc she has the more potential than the other two vocally
