He was addressed by mail and answered this way:
"Hello, I've been receiving a lot of emails concerning the performance.
If I have to apologize, it's because of an incomprehension: our intent was not to copy a 4minute's song, but to use the base and to sing lyrics written by me. In the show where I'm featured, everyone performed cover songs, I don't understand how that may pose a problem if I do it once too, seen as I never stated I "created" this song, in our Youtube link I also specified that the basis is from 4minute. Forgive me, really, but I can't see any reason for all this hate. I never took the credit for this song.
Bye and thank you."
And in his original video he did credit 4minute http://youtu.be/R2jcivKB7vc. Even if he still needs to learn the difference between cover song and song with original lyrics. I don't know if he had permission to use the instrumental.
