SPICA’s Kim Boa was INFINITE’s former vocal trainer
It has been revealed that rookie group SPICA‘s member Kim Boa was INFINITE‘s former vocal trainer.

A Youtube video posted on December 15, 2010 has been recently drawing attention as it showcases Kim Boa’s sweet vocals while she sings a duet with Sunggyu from INFINITE.

It’s no surprise that the top sexy star Lee Hyori herself is supporting SPICA seeing that Kim Boa, the lead vocalist, has such a great voice.

FEBRUARY DEBUT

According to SPICA’s agency, B2M Entertainment... SPICA will release their debut album on February 8th, and are scheduled to make their television debut the next day through Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’.

There seem to be conflicting "reports" on when they're actually debuting, as two weeks ago member Bo Hyung Kim tweeted that they will be debuting on M! Countdown on February 2nd. However since the allkpop/nate article is more recent, it's probably more accurate. We all know how easily these things can change from day to day, especially at a time when so many acts are having comebacks and debuts. Either way I'm looking forward to their debut!

i wish more idol groups post practice videos like that. it really shows how talented/skilled the group is. do they dance while singing this song? i like that they're not dancing. really makes you focus on their good vocals.

they haven't officially debuted yet. I don't think they have choreography for it. It's like a pre-debut single so it's supposed to show off their vocals. They weren't even in the MV for it. I'm guessing their actual debut song will be more upbeat w/ a dance and all that idol stuff.

Boa wasn't but Bohyung was. She was rumored to be apart of 2NE1 only months before they debuted but for whatever reason she switched companies. Boa was a Loen trainee (Sunny Hill & IU's agency) before moving to B2M.
