Kyuhyun been awkward at the club was lulzy
I also really liked Sungmin and Soyul they seemed more comfortable and more like normal people with cute moments ^^ and lol'd when she was like I just wanted to dance with everyone xD
EunSeo and Donghae even tho they are pretty much a confirmed couple, it was painful to watch gotta give props to her for trying to at least talk to him but he was just so awkward omg !!!
and for those who don't say this was at least partially scripted... common now at the beginning everyone got their first choice (too much concidence) and Eunseo first accepting Eunhyuk but then ended up with Donghae ... lol too bad they didn't know Sena was going to cry :/... but I'm glad Eunhyuk and Sena ended up together!!!
also I'm just gonna say I felt like this was a matchmaking show with Leeteuk (+Sora) as hosts, I was like at least show more interaction between him and Sora >_>

The worst couple were Donghae and Eunseo, I love him and she's kinda pretty but has no personality, I dont know... I really hope they dont choose them as the new couple :/

Date: 2012-01-30 04:55 am (UTC)I like Eun So a lot. I think she's very pretty and she's not too awkward, she acts normal and just basically her. My first impression of Sena was she's probably the most beautiful coz of her eyes, but she is awkward as hell. Learning aegyo, the three little bears gag and the dancing, it was all so awkward I couldn't stand it!!!11 I liked Sungmin's girl, she took charge and was the life of some scenes for the most part, but I felt like she was kind of an ahjumma (granted Sungmin's an old man but his face omg.. he's like that guy who aged backwards. I like Kyu's girl too. She didn't try too hard and clearly very young, so she has that pass.
The show was funny and nice up until the conclusion. The driving and the bowling was fun and we got to see some adorable moments from the couples but I felt like since the beginning Eunhyuk already didn't like Sena that much? Maybe coz she was way older or something? He may have put that he liked her because everyone pretty much knew from the beginning that Donghae and Eun So were locked down. It was just that obvious. There was a part where Leeteuk made a joke and Eunhyuk made a snide comment about how that joke was for people in their 30s and Sena said, "What's wrong with being in your 30s?" She was already hurt.. so you could see what kind of sensitive person she was.
Okay so for the part where she cried. It was really bad :( I felt really bad for her and for Eunhyuk to be acting like a jerk-ish I was side-eyeing him so much but I don't get how people are blaming Eun So for it? It was already clear she liked Donghae. When Eunhyuk "called" her she didn't pick up during the first time because obviously she wanted to be with Donghae so that was settled.....then Eunhyuk called her again. This time she picked the phone up because I think she didn't want Eunhyuk to feel bad too? Idk, how would you feel turning down a Super Junior? lmao. Eunhyuk was an ass for the most part.. I think this was all for the show but they didn't think it would go as far as Sena crying. Come on, she's 30 (you know how that goes for Korean standars) and for her to be left couple-less would bring down her stance as a Korean lady. I felt she should have just rejected Eunhyuk too but I think she was thinking about how it would affect her image if she did reject Eunhyuk because 1) fangirls would proly attack her either way 2) it would look bad on her.
So yeah.. that's how I see everything. The show was great except for these unfortunate moments. Kyuhyun being super awkward "in the club" was funny as hell though. I couldn't stop laughing at a lot of parts.

Date: 2012-01-30 05:21 am (UTC)My opinion on the Eunhyuk thing; he never said that HE was going to treat the blind date as 'real'. He's a variety pro and he was treating it as a variety show. I think he misjudged Sena's sincerity and thought that calling EunSeo would be a good move for variety's sake--a nice little unexpected switch-up, Sena says "Eunhyuk, who's that? I never liked him anyway," then Donghae gets back EunSeo and Hyuk goes crawling back to Sena. Sacrificing his image for a laugh is his habit, and it's served him well. It would have been a way of making the program more interesting, and he keeps a funny image as a bumbling attempted bad-boy.
Unfortunately, Sena (and Donghae) were treating it as a real date instead of just a show, so feelings got hurt. He wasn't laughing meanly, I think he was surprised and waiting for the other shoe to drop. "She's an actress, right? This is just an act to get back at me, right? Haha, she's good..." Big mess all around. Poor jewel-noona.
