this is not the title song or a comeback track but a digital single, i think there will be three digital singles released leading up to the release of Beast's 2nd full length album in May.
I think the song is wonderful, the boys' vocals are top notch, the rap is weaved into the song nicely. The last stretch of the song is particularly well done, kiki singing and junhyung rapping one after another, and then the maknaes sang with just the guitars in the background. And the lyrics, lol, so bitter, Junhyung must have written the rap based on his past experience. Love it <3
I love this song.. Love the guitar and the song progression. It's not catchy nor beat enough, but I love it.. (I love toho ballad, the stuff that people used to called boring).
This is a great song! It sounds like a B-side track to "Lights Go on Again" which is great because I love so many of those tracks. It may not be a chart climber or an award winner, but I think it's a high quality song. CUBE has really started to understand the members' voices, range and tone and are starting to give them songs that best compliment this. I love the direction they're going in <3
It's not bad but abit bare. Junhyung's rapping get's more unimpressive with each release. Honestly he needs to work on it, it sounds so monotone and lifeless.
It's costing me to say this because I adore Beast but yes about Junhyung. He's starting to losing it somehow :/. It's still good, but I was used to much much better.
i quite like it. but i've always preferred their slower tracks over their dance ones. i think the music is really beautiful. i'm loving the guitars. i don't think this is the best dongwoon's sounded, but i won't complain too much bc at least he gets more parts now.
song is great tbh. I like how Beast always releases a digital single that is different than what is normally being heard. They have on point ballads and always seem to make them their own (i.e. guitars, orchestras, etc.) When listening to this I definitely get a Beast vibe and not some group trying to be someone else, that's why I love Beast.
Their vocals were really fantastic. Dongwoon especially sounded great (he just keeps improving), Yoseob was perfect, Junhyung was a bit lackluster (as he has been recently). All in all, I will be downloading this song and listening to it repeatedly.
The song is kind of boring tbh or maybe it's not just my personal taste. Beast's recent releases (albeit a few songs from their Fiction and Fact album)...have been pretty meh. I don't know but with their upcoming album I kind of hope they go back to their older sound. :/
I like it...it's got a very soothing tone and although it's not one of my favourite tracks from the boys I still think it's something I could listen to over and over.
Loved the beat at the back. Vocals are amazing, melody is good, and I'll be listening to this for a while. Junhyung sounds so much like GD, I was thinking that it was a BB song for a while.
