Korean actor Jo Donghyeok's management agency revealed on Tuesday that the actor, who had recently completed shooting for the popular Korean drama "Brain", has been diagnosed with the influenza A (H1N1) virus on Monday, reported Korean media.
"We have cleared his schedule and he is currently resting at home," said a representative from Jo's management agency.
Jo had suffered from a fever over the weekend but brushed it off as a simple cold.
He finished working on the final episode of the drama before he found out the truth about his condition, when he visited a hospital after the early morning shoot.
The 34-year-old model-turned actor, who plays a a neurosurgeon in "Brain", made his television debut in the 2004 Korean drama "Eventful Miss Kim's making a billion won".

Date: 2012-01-22 05:07 am (UTC)coz he's a very good actor~ his body is omnomnomlicious.Everyone should watch this, it's not your typical Korean drama and the plot focused more on the rivalry between two neurologists than the love lines. Brilliant casts and script!
And get well soon Donghyuk-sshi. I would root for you but I always have a soft spot for everything-against-him-but-he-will-prevail character in dramas. XD
