And I read that the singing for the Mandarin version of the 1st teaser was done by a non-native speaker, so probably one of the members of exo-k. If the same is true here (and idk if it is, I don't speak Mandarin so I can't judge the accent), it could be just unfamiliarity with the language.
I hope not also, though I don't know why they would use a non-native speaker even if it's just a teaser. Maybe they're trolling us and this is all actually Yoo Young Jin D: Actually, though, maybe they're trying to be selective about revealing their singers?

the chorus sounded fine, and the solo part too, though that almost sounds like how donghae sings in mandarin except less garbled. so to me, it sounds like there's an accent but it's clear enough.

The most audible voice singing the 你的世界 part. It sounds really similar to me (I'm not a musical student, I cannot tell if its the tone/timbre/whatever that reminds me of him)
I have a theory based on SME promotions recently. First, release new group (EXO). New group promotes for a couple of weeks. Release older group (SHINee). Older group promotes alongside new group for a few weeks before new group stops promotions. At least this is the pattern I have seen xD
Who knows? The teasers could be helping to stall time for Shinee to prepare for their comeback lol
This teaser feels more like a trailer to a yaoi fanfic, tbh. About a couple who breaks up because of their cultural differences, each then goes to take a road trip where upon they meet by pure accident or destiny and get back together. XD
