Actor Jang Geun-seok was revealed to be the youngest of the list of the richest celebrity land owners.
According to a TV broadcast on December 19th, a list of Korea's top richest 1% celebrity land owners was revealed for the year 2011. Jang was the youngest of them all at 24 years of age.
A real estate expert said on the show, "Jang bought a building worth about 14 billion won (about $12 million)." He continued saying that the building used to belong to comedian Seo Sae-won and his wife. However, now the building located in Nonhyun-dong of Gangnam district in the affluent part of Seoul, is being used as Jang's management agency building.
