New UFO releases "Bounce" dance practice and teaches you their "Ggoomchi" dance

5-member girl group New.F.O have been promoting their debut single "Bounce," and just today, they released their dance practice video, as well as a training video for their "Ggoomchi" dance.

The dance moves for "Bounce" were created by the choreographer for U-KISS and TVXQ, hence the powerful moves that aren’t typically found in girl group routines.

All criticism aside, they are actually quite a solid group and they pull of that dance really well. I'm impressed. Too bad the song is so mediocre. It's a good jam, but nothing that stands out amongst other music in kpop.

I was totally digging the choreo. Ignoring most of the song, if you watch the choreography, it's really well done and super solid.

If the article means a boy choreographed this, it would explain it a lot. I sort of feel like this is what f(x) is going for in their old choreography but never quite reached this point.

It's disappointing that they aren't particularly good, mostly because its a waste of good choreography ://
