Shinhwa's Jun Jin and idol groups The Boss and X-5 held a concert together in Japan to give strength to the K-Pop boom.
'Open World Festival in Tokyo', a family concert for the agency, was held on November 26th at the Tokyo Odaiba Differ Ariake with Jun Jin, who was recently released from his military duties, The Boss, and X-5.
X-5 followed, singing their first song 'Fantasy' to add to the passion in the venue. The members said in their carefully practiced Japanese "The passion here is great. We're honored to be performing in a meaningful stage such as this. The thing we're most happy and nervous about is that we're performing together with The Boss and Jun Jin sunbaes."
As Jun Jin, the singer entrusted with the last part of the concert, appeared onstage, the fans continued to cheer for him. Because it was Jun Jin's first official stage after he was released from his services on the 14th, he was meeting his fans again for the first time in a long time.
Jun Jin jumped onstage and sang his dance song 'Hey Ya', then said "I'm meeting you for the first time in a long time," and "I think the thing you'll be the most curious about will be news about Shinhwa, but next year when all the Shinhwa members are released, we plan to become active soon so please look forward to it."
After singing 3 ballad songs in a row, Jun Jin wrapped up his stage by singing his song 'Wa'.
The 2 hours filled in by the Open World artists Jun Jin, The Boss, and X-5 were so passionate it seems as if they flew by. When the sunbae Jun Jin and hoobae The Boss joined together in the last stage to sing Shinhwa's 'Brand New' and 'Perfect Man', the fans stood up in their seats and cheered even more passionately.
The two concerts were like the film 'Godfather', from its opening video to the bridge videos scattered throughout the concert, and the fans enjoyed the concert from start to finish standing up in their seats. After the concert ended, Jun Jin, The Boss, and X-5 stood in front of the venue doors to shake hands with their audience and thank the fans who came to see them.
Jun Jin will be holding Asia tour fanmeetings starting from December 3rd in China, Shenzhen, and The Boss will release its 4th single in Japan on December 7th. X-5 will also go into promotion with a new album in December.
