On October 20th, 2011, Seo In Young attended the 6th 'Love Your W' breast cancer charity fundraising event held at The Raum, wearing a striped fringed dress from Balmain's Fall/Winter 2011 Collection, finishing the look with a belt to accentuate her figure, and Christian Louboutin Daffodil 160 pumps.




A little over a month later, BoA attended SBS KPop Star's kick off press conference on November 25th 2011, wearing the exact same piece of clothing, choosing however to accessorize with just a pair of black suede, lace-up ankle boots by Burberry Prorsum.




As stated previously, the dress is part of Balmain's F/W 2011 Collection, worn here during the runway show earlier this spring by model Magdalena Frackowiak. The dress reportedly costs $29,700.

That dress does absolutely nothing for any of their figures, and makes them all into rectangular-shaped blocks. Having said that, it doesn't look too bad *in profile only* on BoA since the unflattering V-shape disappears. And those boots are HOT.
