Aoora apologizes for Music Bank behavior

Aoora and Kimchi of new boy group AA received some flak yesterday for their behavior on KBS Music Bank.

The boys could be seen making various gestures and faces or “trolling” in the background while SNSD was being announced as the winner and also while MC Hyun Woo was giving his farewell speech on the show.

Earlier today, Aoora came out and formally apologized for their behavior on twitter. Aoora tweeted in English,

"AA apologize for what we did in KBS music bank yesterday.
We were immature and senseless being such a big stage with all senior
artists… we’ve respected for all times… Especially, we AA bow our head
in apology to 현우 선배님 (Hyun Woo sunbae) who have been greatest MC in
Music Bank for a long time… AA regret and reflect for what we did and
promise that we will show you decent behavior… AA will do our best not
to disappoint somebody who have cared for us.”

Okay like, they weren't trolling. AKP likes tossing that word around without knowing what it means but considering Aoora was quick to apologize for their actions and clearly felt bad for what happened, they obviously didn't have intent to piss people off so a word to the wise AKP staff: next time you wanna use cool sassy internet lingo, learn what it means.

i normally don't care when groups do that (and i noticed that it’s mostly male rookies), i don't approve and i don't hate either, i just find it a stupid way to get attention.

with that said, while it normally doesn't bother me that day it was really uncalled for seeing it was the mc's last day and what not so it came out as a bit disrespectful.

I don't know who Aoora is but I feel so embarrassed for akp and I'm sure a lot of the whole K-pop international fandom as a whole too. Groups always do this in music shows and while it's not very nice to look at and feel trolly and disrespectful, in defense of these nugu groups it gives them a certain 10 seconds to shine and if I put myself in their place that 10 seconds means a whole lot. LOL I feel so affected.. because I know they did no harm at all and akp is turning it into this one big sensation. AREN'T THERE ANY OTHER NEWS OUT THERE :|

For real real though, this isn't that big of a deal. If the MC hadn't been leaving no one would care. And lbr here, almost all groups fuck around onstage, and even when Heechul was leaving for the army and they had his send-off plenty of groups were making faces and shit.

They don't deserve to get pissed on for this.

I watched this after reading Aoora's apologies. And while they played around during the announcement of the winner, once they realized the mc was giving his going away speech they stopped. Kimchi stood there all awkward behind him too like 'oh fuck what do I do now?'

I think it is a little unfair that they had to apologize when so many other groups do the same thing. *shakes head*

Oh well, hopefully they aren't too affected by it.

I really like AA and I was a little disappointed with their behaviour, but AKP always blows things up. I'm just happy that Aoora was quick to apologize.
