I think the whole idea is that he's dreaming the entire time (completely irrelevant to song lyrics, as per usual). Whether he's dreaming about a past time or just in general is hard to say.
But he's clearly got some Suzy-mirages in his dream - especially the part with the funky glasses. The part where she holds out her hand is parallel to reality where Suzy can only put her hand on the glass... the whole black clothing scene confuses me though. And the car.
I think they may have broken up, and he drowned himself?
i think that it might be the accident that caused him be in the tank (in a coma state, i think), i believe that he and suzy had the fight and he tried to kill himself or something.
In the beginning there was the sound of the ambulance. I think Ho Young got into an accident and Suzy was taking a taxi tot he hospital or something. The rest of the mv was him trying to reach Suzy while he was in his coma and getting an error cuz he was in the tank.
i thought i got it, until the end scene confused me a bit.
what i understood was, ho young couldn't bear the fact that suzy left him, so he used that little machine to get her back, but failed every time, until she returns to him...but that was all a dream because he is in fact in some sort of weird coma, which brings back us to the opening scene, it was the reason why suzy is crying and he's chasing as an ambulances passes by, that made me think that she is crying because he suffered an accident and it's his spirit chasing her.

i wish there was less dance scenes and more story scenes so the gaps could be filled better.

though, I kinda think that the story is too complicated for a single MV and imo the setting is a bit weird, I guess it's suppose to be futuristic and all but why the human tubes setting look so dodgy, doesn't look like legal future hospital.

Suzy was his best friends little sister. And then he started developing feelings for her. Of course everyone knows you can't get with your bf's baby sis especially if she's way to young for you. So he dreamed up a red light district Suzy, but being virtual reality he could never actually get with her. So he went into super virtual reality where they put you on suspended life in a tank and you can do whatever you want. Through all this Suzy who thought he was kinda cute even though her brother told her she couldn't get with his is sad that he's resorted to a coma and has no idea why.
His voice is lovely as always and I can't wait to hear/see it live but the video is a little too weird...even if he does look rather gorgeous all wet like that ;o)
Dammmn that's one fine looking man right there. His voice is good as well, but I could have done without the rapping. And Suzy being beautiful as always :)
