BoA’s official Japanese fanclub, SOUL, held their 5th annual fanmeeting and birthday event for her on November 5th in Shinagawa, Tokyo, Japan. Being the guest of honor herself, BoA performed songs of her fans’ choice during the event, and also revealed the music video for her upcoming single “Milestone”, which is set for a December 7th release. Stars and friends such as Crystal Kay, Daichi Miura, and fellow labelmates TVXQ, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, SHINee, and f(x), also sent their birthday wishes via a special video message, which was shown during the fanmeeting.
During the second part of the event, a VTR comment featuring congratulatory messages and birthday wishes was shown. DBSK's in particular was the most memorable, as BoA kept replying back to the screen as if they were really there:
Yunho: "I really wanted to celebrate the day together, but unfortunately we had to send the VTR."
BoA: "Then you should really come!"
Yunho: "Lets go to dinner and bowling, too!" (Changmin was next to him making a cute gesture of drinking sake)
BoA: "Oh Yunho, you and your love for bowling. I frequently receive emails from Yunho to go bowling together, but his schedule is tight and he has to go to different countries and such. I've never gone bowling with him. For dinner, we've only eaten together on business (laughs).
MC Takeuchi: "Yunho has an unusual character. Ah, he is a good-natured person."
BoA: "When we meet, he always greets me 'BOOOAAAAA!'; he is very friendly. During the SMTOWN concert in New York, Yunho came to my dressing room, sat down, and we had a chat for 30 minutes."
Changmin: "25 years old. 25 years old is the starting line for ladies (laughs)."
Yunho: "YES."
BoA: "These two are like comedians, they're so close to eachother!"
