BoA, who recently celebrated her 10th anniversary of her Japanese debut, excited fans with a recent post concerning her upcoming plans.

Earlier today, BoA tweeted, “Many ppl asking me when I’m gonna release my next single in Japan… I’m preparing my single now.. So you’ll be able to listen to it soon!” Within moments of her tweet, hundreds of eager fans bombarded the star with encouraging messages, showing everyone’s continued interest in her music.

BoA hasn’t released a new single since “Woo Weekend” in July 2010 (though she did release the digital single, “I See Me” as a promotional song for Audio Technica headphones on December 6th, 2010).

BoA has been sorely missed lately, it will be great to hear new music from her.

lol we had technical difficulties so her response was "first of all you made us wait and you did not live up to our expectations" oh well~ she's so fucking fierce and charismatic. even from far away star power was just oozing from every pore of her body

oh man lol did she give out any tips/advice at least for persevering should you ever audition for anything like this again? 8( and i'm genuinely glad you enjoyed seeing her! she sounds amazing. c:

nope~ they are really pressed on time so they really rush the process which really sucks because it would've been so great o be critiqued by her. she totally is! fabulous queen~

yeah i guess they're saving the individual/major critiquing for when the show actually begins recording for sbs, which is understandable. :')

im surprised they filmed so much during the auditions. they have a lot of footage of my group because the camera followed us around all day. but with the scale of the production in mind, i highly doubt we'll get all that much time on tv, if any at all. still amazing to see boa :O

What do you mean? How is that your fault at all if you had technical difficulties? What kind of audition was it for? Was it the SBS one?

Yeah it was for the SBS Kpop star auditions :) I dunno but our original CD didn't work for the second round so a staff member made us a new CD but when we performed for boa, it was the wrong song and it took us a while to find a new cut of the song and start performing. Oh well :/
