Kim Yu-Na’s Self Interview

Unannounced and unexpected, netizens first stumbled upon a video called ‘김연아의 셀프 인터뷰’ (Kim Yu-na’s Self-Interview), which showed her in her training clothes, without make-up and in her most natural image we have seen so far.

Yu-na introduces the curling rink where she is currently training and revealed her training schedule for Vancouver “soon this will be opening as a specialized figure skating rink and that’s when the training can really begin”. Later during her break from training, she introduces us to the cricket grounds and shows a little of life in Canada that Korean fans may be curious about.

While Yu-na escapes the sweltering summer heat in Canada, she will be returning to Korea to perform in “Samsung Anycall and Hauzen Ice Allstars 2009″ from the 14th to the 16th of August. This show is set to gather all the stars from figure skating around the world and is expected to be much bigger and creative than the last concert in April.
