Rain's Hawaii Lawsuit Settled Outside of Courts

Rain trying to save money by not wearing shirts


The lawsuit that had to do with canceling of Rain's concert last March in Hawaii was settled outside of courts on the 12th for an undisclosed amount. The juries judgement included that Rain and JYP Entertainment were to pay Click Entertainment $8 Million Dollars, however the Judge acknowledged the judgment of the juries to be incorrect. This settlement is expected to play a role in the Los Angeles lawsuit as well.

Initially, when the Hawaiian jury made their judgment, the judge told the jury to rethink the amount. The judge felt that the juries decision was wrong so he told the parties to try and work it out themselves. It is speculated that they settled for $2.2 Million Dollars, the calculated loss of Click Entertainment.

It is reported that the judge played a huge role in this trial.
