How has she benefitted them? She's not a very good singer/dancer, or at least they don't showcase her talents, she raps weirdly, and her face is not photogenic, in fact it's kinda strange. Plus she's so tall she sticks out like a sore thumb.
Don't get me wrong, i don't dislike her, cause i barely know anything about her anyway.... it's just. i genuinely don't see her value in t-ara at all.
ccm basically admitted when she first joined that she's just a useless placeholder so things don't look too empty when the popular ones are doing their own things
those rumors started cos of the tweets the girls made about being exhausted, cos in addition to their individual schedules they had to worry about group schedules as well like performances and stuff. tons of performances had to get cancelled because of eunjung's drama, hyomin's drama, jiyeon's movie, etc. and they didn't want people to forget that t-ara also made music lol, so CCM added hwayoung so they would always have someone to cover for the more popular members when they went missing, to take some pressure off of them
