According to his interview with SURE he's been traveling, working on his acting, spending time with his family in the USA, etc. Most of the updates we've gotten have been when he went to a random premiere, had a random endorsement, or a friend took a pic (either Park Sumin or Kim Heechul, usually). Yeah, he's been very low profile. For almost a year and a half. I'm just glad he's working again.
oh I see. It just, it's kinda fishy and weird for me: one of a well known idol like him suddenly disappeared without any clear explanation (I mean they said he was going to focus on his acting career but we didn't see anything about that & stuff right?). Yeah, glad to know he's okay & back :)
He has been gone since the 3rd album. He did not participate in promos for it. So the last time he did any promotions with suju was the second album.
SME's official statement was that he was leaving "temporarily" to focus on his 'acting"
Which..considering we have not seen him acting, or much of any place...seems a bit sketchy. Frankly..I think he decided to leave the group for his own reasons and SME did not want to face the wrath/drama of the fans...and told us some BS. I mean suju is promoting now...and he still isn't with them. He left the group, OR Something went down. But he obviously still has a contract with SME....can't get out of those easily. So yeah...now he is coming back out after like 3 years of being a mystery man.
he almost like the phantom of the opera for me (lol what); y'know. One time he's randomly appeared there and most of the time he disappeared. It kinda scared me, (as in I'm afraid something really wrong is happening to him etc. /shrug)
