"I am not seeing Han Ye-seul anymore"

A major shareholder of a general service cable company and lover of Han Ye-seul, 'A', admitted to the break up.

When it was exposed that she was in the middle of negoiations with Seo Taiji about alimony and whatnot. Because it had been such a huge ordeal, aka scandal, Jung Woo-sung broke up with her. Granted, there was also the factor she hadn't told Woo-sung about it yet, but I'd say it was definately the public flailing that caused him to break it off.
