It's basically Yoonji saying Minho is on the list because he's enthusiastic about winning every race in the whole world. Not sure why his competitiveness = vigorousness (they are all differently vigorous on this list; Min and Jo Kwon are both there for training for 10 years and not giving up, IU for getting rejected 1000 times and kwanghee for getting ps and making himself hurt for a year because apparently pain = a good thing) but idk how the scriptwriters' brains work.
