I don't consider myself as a speaker but i'm a 3rd year japanese student... an-d-they-pro-nun-ce-eve-ry-th-ing-as-they-lear-ned-to.... but this song isn't 'fluid' even in korean so idk if it's a good example.
But i saw some fans smiling/laughing at some pronunciations like "awwww it's cute" ...

but well, i'm forever thinking japanese shouldn't be sang in pop songs lol

I'm still waiting for most kpop idols to learn that "o" and "ou" is not pronounced as "oh" (or however I'm supposed to describe it).... AJ's rap in 0330 is a A+ example of how not to pronounce it anyway. ichi-doh, kimi toh etc.

3 yr student currently living in Japan and yeah, I've heard worse. Their japanese is stilted but their accents are not overpowering when sung which happens to a lot of idols to the point it sounds like korean. If they had more flow it'd be tons better. Soohyun probably has the best singing Japanese atm in my opinion

yeah I wish they would let them have actually decent/passable japanese before debuting them here. Some have big fanbases when they do it but seriously, give them another 4 months of language practice and they are 100xs better most times

U-KISS have improved SO much with their Japanese since last year! I so respect the groups like Daikoku Danji who really put the work in and make the effort to create new music in Japanese and communicate directly with the fans. It makes a huge difference.

the first time I heard this Japanese 0330 I literally held my breath waiting to see if they would take out "can't deny our r squared pi" THANK GOD IT WAS THERE!! as for the pronunciation, it's mostly understandable Japanese words so I would say it's good imo, lol.

I think that is the first time I've seen the fully Everyday dance.

They seem so shy to sing in Japanese. The power went out of their voices...but I think they did pretty good? But I don't speak Japanese so maybe it was really cringe worthy lol
