When she was filming the drama "Dream High," Suzy gained some weight as well as the nickname “Chubby Suzy.” But as she came back to her singer career, she became slim again. Suzy said, “I couldn’t exercise much while filming for the drama, and naturally, I gained weight. But, practicing the powerful choreography for the new song was a great weight losing tactic for me.”

Furthermore, Suzy has something that makes her worry. This is her never ending growth spurt. Her height reaches 168cm (5'6" ¹/²), but she continues to grow since her growth spurt has not ended.

“People wouldn’t understand, but I’m worried about my height. My tall height makes me look huge on stage. Min worries about her short height, but let me tell you, she has the best height,” said Suzy.

She confesses that another complex she has is her big feet, which are 250mm long. Suzy says, “I can’t wear pretty heels because of my big feet. Sometimes heels for the performance are too tight for me.” Suzy stated, “I have a complex about my big feet.”

The most proud thing that Suzy has done after her debut was buy a café for her mom who managed a small cafeteria. She says, “I’m happy to see my mom having less work to do. The café is located in front of a library and is recently under construction. The café is closed for now, but I’m glad that she is enjoying her 'unexpected' vacation.”

for girls suzy, sulli, the ryu twins (who all have the same height) are seen as really tall, any girl that is close or is 1,70 is tall.

my bb uee for example is seen as extremely tall, they even lie her height making her shorter, she is in fact 1,75 but all the profiles list her as 1,72 or 1,73 and they never let her wear heels as high as the other girls or simply put her in flats. the same goes for the girls i mentioned on top.

I don't know what the average height is for girls in Korea, but 5'6 and up isn't too bad. Her legs look amazing now and they'll look good in anything, though the shoe size is sucky. You're gorgeous, Suzy. Wish she wouldn't worry about it so much.

I think being tall in Asia sucks 'cause they're clothes end up being too short for you. I'm 5'7, and when I went to the Philippines the pants there were way too short for me. Otherwise, being tall is awesome and she shouldn't worry lol.

Suzy bb I know how you feel. At 19 I'm also a little over 5'6" and I still tower over most of my friends. And finding shoes is such a bitch because sometimes they don't have sizes big enough for me. It sucks living in a country with small people. XD
