Firstly *infinite news is never not a good thing, secondly I'm trying to catch up tonight before I go to bed so that I don't have a pile of posts not commented on in the morning. I'm terrible at let things pile up.
When I first listened to the album I didn't really like Julia and I liked Tic Toc even less than that, but right now I think it's one of their most unique and magnificent songs and Hoya and Dongwoo have so much rap parts in it (and Dongwoo has so much swag and awesomeness during that last rap part that I get CHILLS) that if they ever perform that song live I would seriously be like JHAGDKHJSGDHGSKHDGDS
I got SO excited that L appeared!!! Actually it was his voice that got me first because I wasn't looking at the screen but WOOHOO ^^ And I am currently dancing around my living room to 1/3!!!
All these radio perfs make me wish that Infinite had their own regular radio show where they sing their songs and covers and talk about their flawless taste in music <3 the bbs are certainly witty and musically-knowledgeable enough to DJ plus they sound SO FREAKING AMAZING WHEN THEY SING/RAP/SPEAK/BREATHE. I swear, the flawless insync dancing is what attracted me but their voices completely sold it <3
I LOVE THOSE SONGS TOO OMG. IMAGINE HOW EPIC THE FALSETTOS AND THE RAP WILL BE ON THOSE SONGS LIVE.
Like I said on another post, I'm hoping that the reason why they haven't performed Julia and/or Tic Toc is that these songs will have promo periods of their own ♥
Because Dongwoo's rap and his swag just saying 'tic toc' and the dramatic moment leading up to his part made that whole song for me and lol lol I just made it my ringtone earlier.
Also him not getting any lines in 1/3...boy looks bored near to tears. Since I'm new to Infinite....does anyone know why he always gets shafted for lines? Is he just there to be tall and pretty (and strange?)?
If I'm not mistaken, he's the last member to be added and must therefore have the least training. His singing isn't really up to par with everyone else's. When they do give him lines to sing, he looks scared as fuck when he sings them. I heard somewhere that he himself knows that he's not as good as the rest and so he doesn't ask for lines until he thinks he's ready to sing as well as the others. I don't know how true that is but huhu, it's so noble of him to do that if it were true <3
He can at least keep up with the rigorous choreography though and hasn't been a burden in that aspect (except for that little booboo in the Be Mine MV but I blame the editor for that :))). He's also pretty funny in the shows they've done so far. IDK, Woollim hasn't dropped him and they did allow him to debut so they must think that somewhere in that pretty, lanky exterior lies a good/decent singer :D
Oh really? Hmm...if is true I feel bad for him...he needs more confidence! But also proud cuz he isn't greedy for lines.
I think they explained his mistake kind of in the sesame player 6? Since he's been busy with his drama he hasn't been able to practice with the group as much so he had to learn a lot of the choreo alone. :(
