Usually, this type of song is not my cup of tea but it's refreshing to hear a non-idol song in K-Pop. She's actually from a duo named Harasora. Apparently she's the policewoman in their previous MV, Your're The One. Don't ask me why she's singing in a cutesy voice. And no, I don't think she can play a guitar.
