^ This pretty much. I'm crossing my fingers it gets better as more HQ versions get released but I'm not too happy with the direction so far. I liked both I Don't Know and I Think You Know better.
More jam for today's breakfast! I'm lovin' this~. Going to make it the only thing on my playlist whenever I make my way to Kinokuniya to beg for news on the stock status of Rolling Stone Japan and anan.
I think Changmin and Yunho sound great and am not sick of saying so, ha ha. I don't mind the auto-tune that really did end up spanning the entire song, maybe because I'd been expecting it, but the H-er Q helps too. I think the melody was a fantastic touch, especially as it gets clearer towards the end—reminds me of the gypsy folk-y something that several DJs mix into their house and trance. I think it'd be nice if they really did record a trance track someday.
'Superstar' sounds like it'd be hard to sing live and dance to, considering the mostly high notes, but please let it be on the a-nation set list anyway. HoMin are going to rock it fo' sho', but I hope they go easy on their voices and do lots of warm-up.
I got my copy of anan today and cackled like a witch. Rolling Stone Japan hasn't come in yet, but the staff hinted at a Tuesday shipment. I hope you get both!
superstar is supposed to be their main song for a-nation perfs, i think. :) yh also keeps describing it as a "summer track" - i guess he means along the lines of "summer dream" and "sky" though i don't hear the similarities
It gets me jumping! It's also more light-hearted than I'd expected from the bass beats. I think they need to perform it with shades on at least once. Blow the rest of my mind away, why don't they.

“Superstar” has such a fresh, summer feel to it. I love the intro. HoMin are going to rock this on-stage. I can just imagine them getting the crowd pumped with that awesome chorus! I see absolutely nothing wrong with using autotune the way TVXQ use it —as an EFFECT and nothing else cuz their voices are perfect. I love that they are exploring new styles…what worked in the past, won’t necessarily be a hit now. This style that they’re trying is popular at the moment, and HoMin continue to BRING IT like the perfect creature that they are.
