As the members stated on Yeoyoomanman, Eeteuk just does things like this to get attention from the fans. They said on the show that when other members get injured, they don't like to show it so they will wear long pants or a long sleeved shirt, but that Eeteuk would purposefully fold up his pants to show his scars and that if he gets a linger from the hospital, they tell you take off the bandaide from where you get the linger on that day, but Eeteuk will intentionally keep it on for a couple of days so that fans could make a fuss over it and worry for him. That's just his way. Don't worry too much about Eeteuk's emoness, that's just his way of feeling loved by the fans.
