Former LPG member Yoona involved in a car accident

Currently preparing for her upcoming solo activities, former LPG member Heo Yoona is reported to have been involved in car accident yesterday. News report has it, the accident happened on the 10th of June near Seoul's Banpo Bridge. It has been revealed that Yoona's manager, who was driving the car at the time, was not aware of the traffic lights which resulted in a collision with another passing vehicle.

The car was described to have been smashed on its left side, with Heo Yoona immediately rushed to the hospital for emergency treatment. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that all of Heo Yoona's upcoming activities as a solo singer have been canceled until further notice.

At first I was like "how could you have not seen the traffic lights". And then I got reminded of the car that smashed into my moms car at the side. That person never saw the traffic lights neither

Why does it seem like Koreans get into so many accidents? The celebrities themselves get into so many. I'm honestly curious... How is the driving over there?

driving in Korea especially Seoul is seriously scary and dangerous...many people ignore stops lights and the taxis and the buses rule the roads.

Hate to say it but Korean people are reckless drivers, I was scared to death riding in the car with them while I was living there, the taxis and buses are even scarier :X

Hope everyone is okay, if people over there would just slow down and stop being in such a hurry and stop trying to plow down the streets maybe there would be less accidents.

though, about the traffic light thing. on a street here in my city they installed 'safer' traffic lights which only let you see the light right in front of you. well, it actually made it so you couldn't see them at all. they were finally replaced because of so many guessing games/accidents. i don't know how korea does there lights, but maybe it could be something like that?

There is like a new car accident with idols involved every month. It's ridiculous. Do you have to like know how to put your hands on the steering wheel and that's all to get your license over there?
