GP Basic Holds Japan Showcase And Performs New Song "Jelly Pop"

Earlier, we reported that girl group GP Basic would be holding their debut showcase at the HEP HALL in Osaka, Japan. On May 29th, the girls performed six songs, including their upcoming single, “Jelly Pop“.

GP Basic’s representatives revealed, “Officials from the Japanese music industry have shown much interest in Korea’s youngest girl group. We are planning to have all proceeds from their Japanese activities and showcase go towards the earthquake disaster relief fund.”

The girls all made dramatic transformations into blondes and have gained a more mature look. Fans will be happy to see that Janey is back with the group, since she was previously forced to be absent for their Korean promotions.

GP Basic also performed an adorable cover of Cool’s old school hits, “Sorrow” and “Before I Get Sad“, so be sure to check it out below!

Janey was just banned off the music programs. They won't have a problem in Japan, other than minors not being allowed on tv or to perform after 10 PM.

It still wigs me out that people 94ers and under are in k-pop. I mean, my brother's a 96er and 14 right now... yeesh, I need to adjust my mental age clock. I keep thinking that they're complete fetuses when they're almost kinda not really... still young as hell, but not the O HALE NO gut reaction I get from hearing about these kids.
