Japan staff directly in contact with the members of F.cuz have posted information about LeeU's withdrawal on the Staff Blog from the group's official Japanese site.
Apparently LeeU's withdrawal from the group was already decided around February when Kan got into a car accident. His company, Castle J Enterprise, decided to withdraw from the contract with Union Can, the company that is responsible for F.cuz' other members Yejun, Kan and Jinon. Due to this happening, LeeU was given the choice to either move companies and stay with F.cuz, or to stay in his original company and go solo. After thinking about it, LeeU decided to stick with his original company.
As the release of their first Japanese single was already decided before Kan's accident and before the withdrawal of Castle J Enterprise out of the contract, LeeU will still be recording for it. This single will be his last release as a F.cuz member.
The group is planning on doing a final event with all 4 members during August. Around the same time, F.cuz will prepare for a new single with the 3 members left.
F.cuz releasing first Japanese single in August
After it was revealed that member LeeU would be leaving F.cuz, fans were concerned about the group's future. Today it was revealed on their Japanese site that F.cuz will be releasing their first Japanese single on August 17th. It is rumored that LeeU took part in the recordings for this single.
The single will be available in 2 versions. A CD version and a CD+DVD and Calendar version. The CD+DVD version features title track "NEVER LET YOU GO" and B-side "Last Forever" together with instrumentals of both tracks, and a music video for "NEVER LET YOU GO". The CD version includes another extra song "I'm OK".
Whether or not these songs are remakes of Korean songs, or original Japanese tracks, hasn't been revealed.
Good luck to them in Japan. I remember this poll and 10 people where interested

Date: 2011-05-23 02:32 pm (UTC)F.CUZ had so much potential, but unfortunately they couldn't break through. They could of course score a hit single and become huge, but that's uncertain and it would take a lot of hard work. So, LeeU, you have my approval. Just the way they let revealed this info was a bit shocking and unexpected ... Especially if they knew since february.
I'll keep on supporting both teams, F.CUZ and LeeU.

Date: 2011-05-23 02:33 pm (UTC)lol, but quite a few more people came to their concert in Japan.
One way or another, I will continue to stan these boys and hope they still interact with each other on twitter. I'm kind of excited to meet their new member. Please let him be as tall as Jinion, Yejun and Kan, if not, then please let it be that girl that was singing, while Jinion rapped, to 'Memories'.

Date: 2011-05-23 02:47 pm (UTC)With that said. I totally respect his decision and I will continue supporting him as a solo artist and F.CUZ + the new member :3 I'm just incredibly sad rn that I wont ever get to see them perform as 4..
And according to this (http://shop.innolife.net/shop/list.php?ac_id=381&ai_id=176982&inno_Session=f9c526364d44f67afd0793c878d325b9) Never Let You Go is the Japanese remake of the song "You are mine" while Last Forever is the remake of "Friend's Graduation".
