It has only been three days since Aziatix released their debut EP and they have already been experiencing incredible success. Since its release, Aziatix has been rising on the iTunes charts, placing in the top 10 on the "soul" and "R&B" charts in the US and Europe. It has also reached number 8 in Canada and 11 in Australia. In addition, their recently revealed song, "Cold," has placed first on the Cyworld Pop R&B Chart, while their debut song, "Go," placed third. Prior to this, "Go," had been number one on Cyworld's R&B charts for 12 consecutive days.
The EP, "Cold," consists of their hit song, “Go,” an R&B track that conveys the tension and anxiety of the members starting on their journey. It follows up with the track, "Cold," which discusses a one-sided romance between the guys and a female. The EP then follows up with two songs that were performed at their debut showcase in New York City, “Whatchu know about us” and “Another Day.” Last week, "Whatchu Know About Us" was also uploaded to the radio station, Z100, for fans to listen to. The album ends with a completely new song, “Start It Again,” which has yet to be promoted.

Aziatix has enjoyed immense popularity since the release of their teaser for “Go,” which has received almost 200,000 views and won Aziatix the title of “Most Subscribed Musician” on YouTube. Following this, Aziatix released the full single for “Go” on March 28th.
In Koreaboo’s interview with Aziatix, Aziatix revealed that they were amazed by the support they received from fans and were shocked at their growing popularity, despite only officially releasing a teaser at that time. True to their sincerity, Nicky Lee, Eddie Shin and Flowsik have each released videos thanking fans for their support.
On April 30th, Aziatix had their debut showcase in New York City at Circle Nightclub, which was attended by 800 fans, with 300 more fans outside the venue. On May 3rd, Aziatix released the full music video for “Go” and also released the single internationally. On May 9th, Aziatix revealed the music video teaser for “Cold,” which has already received over 30,000 views. Earlier on in the week, the full music video for the song was also released.
The full EP can be purchased on iTunes and has been released in 40 countries worldwide. The full EP can be purchased for $3.99, or you can purchase the songs individually at $1 per song. If you are in Taiwan, it can also be purchased on KKBox.
Aziatix will be at the Music Matters event in Singapore to meet fans. Have you purchased the EP yet? What do you think of the songs and the new music video? Which song is your favorite so far?
