A variety of giving activities both domestic and abroad such as donating to help the children
Recently the news that JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) member Park Yoochun’s “aunt fans” reached a donation amount of 40,000,000 KRW (approximately 40,000 USD) as a result of putting to action continuous support has become known and is adding warmth.
In fact, JYJ is well known as stars who are enthusiastic in works that deliver love to those around us who are unfortunate by engaging in a variety of service and donation activities by not merely themselves but with their fans.
The Park Yoochun fan café which gathered attention, “Blessing Yoochun,” has continually supported children with the donation of 10,000,000 KRW (approximately 10,000 USD) to child Park X last December through the Hanrim Burns Foundation.
“Blessing Yoochun” donated 5,000,000 KRW (approximately 5,000 USD) to child Kim X who is fighting brain legions and brain paralysis. It also donated 10,000,000 KRW (approximately 10,000 USD) to child Yu who is fighting brain lesions. In particular, it donated an additional 5,000,000 KRW (approximately 5,000 USD) after confirming that child Kim X was still in a difficult situation.
“Blessing Yoochun” relayed to a new beneficiary, the childhood cancer suffer child Kim, 5,000,000 KRW (5,000 USD). Child Kim received the diagnosis of encephalomeningopathy and tried to have surgery but was told that it had renewed and was facing the sad situation of having to receive radiation therapy and another surgery. Other than this, it received attention by donating 5,000,000 KRW (approximately 5,000 USD) to “Shortened Pencil,” an organization formed in order to help a Korean school that was hurt by the Japanese earthquakes.
Kim Junsu also is holding active donation activities domestic and abroad by gathering strength with his fans. The “Xiah Junsu Village” enterprise that is being enfolded with the nternational development aid organization ADRA Korea is representative.
This project, which was started as a project to improve the dwellings of the urban poor who live in the vicinity of Cambodia’s capital Phnom Penh, was last year expanded to the Pursat regions and also expanded in its activities to the construction of restrooms, development of water sources, improving playgrounds, provision of medical aid, and such to improve the living environment.
In particular, Kim Junsu’s mother visited with the affiliate of the civic group the actual area last summer and showed deep interested by seeing whether there was (other) task to help. Due to these support, in the coming summer the school which was the biggest aspiration for the people of the village will open.
Kim Junsu is also domestically (on top of abroad) supporting the “Building Houses with Love” enterprise which improves the living conditions of the neglected neighbors with difficulties in living such as the family of the disabled. Through this, four families were beneficiaries to new places homes in Choongnam Dangjin and two to three more houses are planned to be built this year.
Kim Jaejoong also is leading the creation of the beautiful culture of giving with his fans. Kim Jaejoong, in particular, is extending the hand of love to those children who suffer physical or mental pain due to things such as poverty and the absence, neglect, or abuse of the parent.
Kim Jaejoong regularly donates to the “Strong Body Strong Mind Program” which aims to help provide the medical expenses for those children of the neglected class, and also to “One-Person Table Program.” Through them, he is not only supporting the provision of the medical expenses for children, but also engaging in enterprises that protect the children through guardians, foster their psychological development, and protect them from abuse, and others.
With this, Kim Jaejoong also gave the the international relief organization ORBIS the expenses for providing eyesight recovery surgery for the eyesight-impaired, and so gave help to those people who are at the crisis of losing their sight but cannot receive treatment at the appropriate time due to the lack of money.
Other than this, Kim Jaejoong has given books and materials to institution for the children’s care, such as the Dongmyung Children Care Center and other centers. He also has donated the expenses for surgery to the Korean Heart Association to help the heart-illness patients in poverty with their surgery and medical treatment. Through the above and other such deeds he is engaging in voluntary donating activities.
JYJ members and fans are, as above, are continually putting into action the support and the sharing of love for their neglected neighbors and are sharing the love they received from the public and the affection for the stars into a variety of donation and service activities.
