Recently, actress Shin Se Kyung showed off her dewy skin for a Shiseido photoshoot.
Shin Se Kyung was recently chosen by Shiseido to be their “muse” for their cosmetic brand; it is her first time working with the company.
In this photoshoot, the concept given to the actress was “healthy skin”, and her face – which overflows with energy – and health caught the brand’s eye. All of her appeal sure shows in her picture, as it appears as if she is brimming with confidence. Then again, who wouldn’t be if their skin glowed like hers? In addition, the photo shows her with an elegant up-do and a graceful, sleeve-less white dress.
Shin Se Kyung even let fans in on her secret to achieving flawless, dewy skin. She said, “I maintain a balanced diet and make sure my body gets enough water… Also, after shooting, I always apply essence on my face so that my skin can be nourished and elastic.”
Meanwhile, Shin Se Kyung recently finished filming the movie “Blue Salt” with Song Kang Ho, and is currently filming “Emergency: Near the Sun” with Rain and Yoon Joon Sang.

clinique whitening products > shiseido white lucent tbh.
most shiseido skincare products are pretty sweet but overpriced like hell. I'll admit to splurging on their sunscreen but drugstore cleansers can keep my skin just as dewy, js.

Ok, I'm done. I couldn't care less about his personal life (I heard he was a playboy) but SM was pretty shady about the whole thing, more so than usual.
Why would they allow then release information when they weren't dating for long at all?
It all seemed very conveniant

Date: 2011-05-16 08:14 pm (UTC)Agreed. I don't use Shiseido because their stuff is way overpriced and they test on animals. Clinique's skin care is half the price and works 10x better and cruelty free.
Re: Sorry for Bombarding you with questions
Date: 2011-05-17 02:58 am (UTC)I don't think Clinique has a "whitening" line but they do have products for evening out your skin tone and they work really well:
http://www.clinique.com/cms/product/franchise/skincare_uneven_skin_tone_mpp.tmpl
They did help with the dark circles under my eyes from sleepless nights of studying and most of my friends use their skin care line and adore it.
I also use Mario Badescu: http://www.mariobadescu.com/Skin-Care
and they have an amazing whitening mask. All of their stuff is fairly priced and I haven't used one product from them that I didn't like. Also, if you sign up with them you fill out a survey about your skin and they send you a bag full of samples that suit the needs of your skin for you to try and see what you like/don't like. I'm still using my samples from over a month ago. :P
Have you heard of LUSH? I started using their products about two months ago and my skin did a complete 180 in just a week. They're pretty amazing.
Re: Sorry for Bombarding you with questions
Date: 2011-05-17 04:08 am (UTC)The thing I like most about it is that it helped prevent my skin from tanning too much with extended sun exposure. I tan really easily, so that was a huge plus. It's got pretty top quality ingredients too, so it improves the condition of your skin as well as whitening it.
Derma White is only available in Asia though, so it may or may not be easy for you to get a hold of. I usually stock up whenever we visit relatives in China because they have a lot of bulk sales there. I think Amazon and other online retailers sell it too, but it's pricier.
