Yang Hyun Suk hints at Big Bang’s future direction in music

Amidst the news of the Big Bang members extending their contracts with YG Entertainment for another 5 years, it has also been revealed that the group and the company discussed and settled upon new agreements.
Big Bang is expected to embark on a new path in the music industry to gain recognition as artists rather than just idols. In order to strip away from the typical idol image that is prevalent in the K-pop scene today, Big Bang will be launching a more advanced music style.
Through a recent phone call with OSEN, Yang Hyun Suk revealed, “[The] Big Bang members have extended their contracts to another 5 years, and they will be creating a different music style. The members have promised to work even harder in order to be recognized as artists rather than idols.”
Big Bang already stands prominently in terms of high-quality music and impressive stage presence, so many fans are highly anticipative of what the group will be bringing to the table.

Park Bom gets her v-line back in Thailand?

On April 6th, three pictures of Park Bom were posted on an internet community board, with the caption,”Yesterday in Thailand the much prettier Park Bom~”
Along with her 2NE1 members, Park Bom was in Thailand to partake in the ‘2NE1 EXCLUSIVE FAN MEETING’. These photos were taken at the fan meeting and in the photos her v-line chin, doll-like face, and fashion sense has captured the attention of fans.
Comments included, “Did you eat Thai corn and become prettier?“, “Your jaw became slimmer“, and ”Perfect V-line“.

Actress Choi Jung Yoon wants T.O.P for "We Got Married"

At the press conference for the upcoming MBC drama, “Manny” (yes, it is a portmaneau of the words “man” and “nanny”) actress Choi Jung Yoon gave her honest thoughts on “We Got Married Season 2“.
She said, “I always think positively about marriage” and added, “I encourage people to get married.”
On Park So Hyun’s appearance on the program as the virtual wife of Kim Won Joon, she said, “Park So Hyun, I’ve already spoken to Shin Bong Sun on Twitter.” She then said, “I wanted to be on ‘We Got Married’ but it didn’t work out.”
She said, “He’s not a real husband, but having a virtual husband at my age is more sad”, and ”I am envious of Park So Hyun, but I didn’t think my heart would hurt.”
And if she were to be on ‘WGM’, who would she like to be her partner? She chose Big Bang’s T.O.P. “In reality, I like Rain a lot, and I bought his music and went to his concerts. However, now that Rain is going to the military, I’ve switched to TOP,” she quipped, drawing laughs from the audience.
Meanwhile, “Manny”, a new romantic comedy which stars Seo Ji-Suk as a former New Yorker who becomes a high-end manny to single mom Choi Jung Yoon, is due to air in 13 days.
