I need a translation causse I have noooo clue whats going on besides he has a mask, that transforms his personality, he slaps his girlfriend when she finds it and then when he takes it off he grows wings
The song's a bit on the boring side, but all of the lusciousness that is Brian Joo in a wifebeater totally distracted me from that. I'm certain the song will grow on me, I'm putty in the face of Brian's voice. Coherent thought aside-
lol, the ending with the wings. How do they tie in? I don't really like it that much but Brian looks good and I'm still happy he's back. Maybe I'll like the rest of his album more.
Wowwwwwwww...not my cup of tea for the song! BUT I realllllly liked that music video! Giving his take on life in the spotlight and it was really creative!
Good job Brian. Can't say I love the song. It's a good song, but the video was great. Brian singing on the rooftop emoting Taeyang/Neyo could've been edited out. The song seemed a bit too fast for the intensity of the video. It made me feel like it was anti-climatic. Music is everything when it comes to a music video. Some really good intense stuff was happening in the video, but I was barely hooked, because the music distracted me and I spent most of the time wondering why the song didn't go with the video. The ending with the wings could've been cut. They should've just ended it with the bleeding mask.
To be honest they focused on him trying to pull off the mask too long, because I noticed how fake it was. I'm guessing the mask was flimsy and would've come off if he tried to do it for real. THAT is when CG should've been used. To make a mask fused with his face.
Also the flickering the mask did in the beginning was a bit much. It immediately sent warning signals that someone was about to get FX happy lol. Sorry this is long, but I really get into music videos and wanna make them one day. So things like this drive me crazy. Still, Brian is my favorite from FTTS and I wish him alot of luck. I'm just hoping he steps it up even more. ^^
I'm still not head over heels in love with the song but I'm sure I'll grow to love it :) Now I only like it. I liked how intense the video was, too, though I don't really know about those wings and whether they should've been edited out...
