T-ara’s Jiyeon caused her female fans to feel some jealousy, after she made a ludicrous statement about the fat below her eyes, often referred to as ‘aegyo-sal‘ in Korean because it accentuates one’s cute charms.
On March 31st, Jiyeon posted photos through Twitter and wrote, “I miss the times of ‘Jungle Fish‘. Hehe I must have gained weight in my aegyo-sal. Wooeng~”. The star is seen smiling and pouting for the camera, and despite her complaints, managed to look picture-perfect.
Netizens stated, “What do you mean you gained fat below your eyes?! That’s ridiculous!”, “Is this Jiyeon’s ridiculous thought?”, and “You have to think about those who don’t have any aegyo-sal!”.

“You have to think about those who don’t have any aegyo-sal!”.
Got to love fandom, I forgot real problems even exist.
