Kim Dong Wan "Hedwig" first musical challenge



Shinhwa member and singer Kim Dong Wan has been casted as the hero for Korea's representative of musical "Hedwig", this is his first musical challenge.

Musical "Hedwig" has become one of the most popular musicals in Korea since the first show in 2005. So Seung Woo, Hom Hwang Ho, So Man Seok, Song Chang Hee are among the musical stars as part of the production.

After being released from military service last year Kim Dong Wan has appeared in many variety programs, and being the wity guy that he plays along with Kim Dong Wan singing and acting abilities when making the choice of the role in the musical was guaranteed to be given to him with no worries.

Since the last meeting, Kim Dong Wan have been working closed with the script writter, as well as has requested all relevant materials, including script, music and all related information about the character, he has been working and rehearsing very hard for this his first musical debut.

Kim Dong Wan stated, " This is my first musical debut, I will meet many people, through this work, I am honored to received this opportunity". "The leading actors are very skilled and although it may be hard as my first musical debut we will be doing the show is much passion". "Musical Actor Kim Dong Wan asks for a lot of support".

In addition, Kim Dong Wan along with Choi Jae Woong, Cho Jeong Seok, Kim Jae Wook. 4 people, 4 colors, all full of charm> You can check "Hedwig" performances will start on May 14, 2011 at the KT&G Samsung Art Hall. Kim Dong Wan is expected to make an appearance in a TV drama after the second half of musical "Hedwig".
